SpArc Philadelphia is a family of organizations, including The Arc of Philadelphia and SpArc Services, that provides services to individuals with disabilities. Through employment, advocacy, community inclusion, and cultural enrichment services, the organization works to ensure that all individuals are included in their community in whatever way they want.

Providing the highest quality services and support that enable individuals to live their lives with maximum satisfaction and the highest level of independence is a primary goal of the organization.

Community inclusion is a cornerstone of what we do at SpArc Philadelphia, it is core to the services and programming that we offer. Through partnerships and ground-breaking initiatives, we are helping individuals thrive in their communities.

The benefits to community inclusion are many, and include better health, improved self-esteem, greater life experiences, safety and so many more. The community benefits, too. Diversity and inclusion leads to stronger, healthier, more engaged members.
