PHDC is Philadelphia's full-service community development organization. We repair homes and finance affordable housing. We help communities plan. We help residents, community groups, businesses and developers repurpose vacant land. And we support amenities that make neighborhoods great places to live. Supported by dedicated staff, we work in every neighborhood in Philadelphia.
