Food Pantries for Families in Philadelphia
Food and Wellness Network (FAWN) coordinates a network of community-based food pantries offering nutritious food, infant formula, diapers, nutrition education, and other resource connections to families in Philadelphia. FAWN is open to everyone. No ID is needed and there are no requirements to participate.
FAWN also promotes nutrition, healthy eating habits, wellness, and healthy recipes, connects clients to resources and benefits, and provides health screenings to vulnerable populations.
FAWN has launched its BOOST Case Management Program providing one-on-one coaching and individualized support with goals, and The Clothing Nook, a clothing closet at our Rising Sun location.
