Volunteers of America Delaware Valley was founded in Philadelphia in 1896 and gives the following descriptive information:

Vision: Volunteers of America Delaware Valley is committed to being a national leader in identifying and providing for those in need. We want to be recognized as a catalyst for transforming the lives and circumstances of individuals, families and communities.
The organization's headquarters are in Collingswood, New Jersey.
