When Did You Last Do It? Paint ... That Is!

My best friend, cousin, and I decided to try a painting class for our girl's night out and it turned out to be nothing like we expected. Although we were completely disappointed, that experience sparked my inspiration. I have been painting all my life but it was something about the atmosphere and social setting that mesmerized me—I was in my zone. My best friend and cousin turned to me and said "Moneek, you should be doing this!" and I agreed.

I didn't have a plan yet ... but my vision was crystal clear. That very night, I went home, ordered a ton of art supplies, and ARTrageous Brush & Flow was born!

I've realized that teaching art is where I find my comfort zone. Sharing my passion while connecting with people is very fulfilling and there is nothing else that I would rather do.

When you are here, you are home!
