Changing the Lives of Others in the South Philadelphia Area
Launched in 2009, Unity in the Community is a nonprofit organization under the Soul Food CDC umbrella, which is dedicated to changing the lives of others in Philadelphia. Note: The above descriptive information came from the organization's home page.
