Upper Holmesburg Civic Association.
The purpose of the Upper Holmesburg Civic Association is to enhance the quality of life in Upper Holmesburg, and to promote a cohesive community of residents and businesses, working together with the 8th District Philadelphia Police Department for the prevention of crime, preservation of historical sites and the beautification and betterment of the community.
