Philadelphia Violence Prevention Hotline

Providing help with conflict intervention, youth violence prevention and neighborhood crisis mediation

There is no basic need more important than safety.

In partnership with the City of Philadelphia, 2-1-1 Southeastern Pennsylvania is now specializing in violence prevention in Philadelphia county. By dialing 211 Option 3, individuals can access resources and services related to gun violence prevention for themselves and their neighborhoods. The new Hotline provides real-time support to people at-risk for engaging in violence, or who are in neighborhoods experiencing high rates of gun violence. Support is available 24-hours a day, seven days a week, by phone call, text, email, or website chat.

The 2-1-1 Violence Prevention Hotline is free and confidential.
