Public Employee Union
AFSCME District Council 47 represents Administrative, Professional, Technical Employees and first level Supervisors employed by the City of Philadelphia.
- We also represent employees of the First Judicial District.
- Community and Social Agency Employees, Technical Employees of Temple University, University of Penn Cafeteria and Library Employees, Keepers and Support Staff at the Philadelphia Zoo, as well as Philadelphia Art Institute Instructors are also members of DC 47.
