Northwest Mutual Aid Collective, Inc. is a grassroots non-profit organization located in the Germantown section of Philadelphia. Established in 2020 during the Covid-19 pandemic, our organization aims to help combat food insecurities and food waste by supplying nutritious and healthy food to seniors, disabled residents, cancer patients and low-income families in the city’s Northwest section. We believe that people at a transitional point in their lives need a hand-up and not a handout, and we strive to be that support.

Our mission is to combat food insecurity and food waste by providing home-delivered fresh produce and pantry essentials to seniors, disabled residents, and low-income families in Northwest Philadelphia while also supporting local pantries, shelters, and community initiatives across the city to ensure no neighbor goes hungry.
