Envision Success
Dayna Hicks is the CEO and community developer of Envision Success, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting high-risk youth. She has been a foster parent for 38 years and continues to provide a safe and nurturing environment for at-risk youth. Over the years, she has cared for 113 children, including respite placements, and has adopted three children along the way. Alongside her work in foster care, Dayna had a successful corporate career, working as a regional manager for a national transportation company for 22 years. She managed over 100 drivers and 15-20 mid-level managers, bringing strong leadership, organizational, and operational skills to her work.
In 2018, the business structure for Envision Success was established, and a board of directors was formed, bringing together associates from various social service positions to strengthen our organization’s mission. What started as a personal commitment grew into a collaborative effort to support youth aging out of the foster care system. Envision Success was born out of her foster home, and in 2023, after securing a dedicated building, Dayna officially structured the nonprofit to expand the dream—creating a safe and supportive space for youth transitioning into independent living. Guided by our organization’s slogan, “Dream with your eyes open,” she continues to develop programs that empower young people to envision and achieve success, no matter their past challenges.
