A Streets Dept art installation made in partnership with Covenant House PA.

Streets Dept introduces itself with the line, "Discovering art on the streets of Philadelphia", and gives the following descriptive information:

StreetsDept.com is a Philly-based photo-blog that documents and celebrates street art, graffiti, and urban exploration in and around the city of Philadelphia. Established in January of 2011 by Founder/Editor Conrad Benner.
