Bring A Computer Ask A Question (BACAAQ) is a monthly hands-on workshop happening at Nonprofit Technology Resources. For three hours on a Saturday afternoon, NTR staff and volunteers offer to help you repair, upgrade, or use your own computer. I've sat in on a number of these workshops. I've seen people get sky-high amounts of value out of this. Depending on their question, they might have a fully qualified repair person helping them for three whole hours, which is worth way, way more than the price of admission!
