This is the top level of the Wikidelphia Category System (WCS).

This tag might be followed by a Category tag saying what the subject writes or talks "About". Then might come a tag saying that the subject is concerned about or does advocacy about an "Issue." Tagging what the subject "Does" is often important, as are what the subject "Teaches" or "Serves."
