Where South Philly Families Land
Lilypad, formerly known as South Philly Parents Resource Center, is a grassroots organization dedicated to supporting parents from pre-natal through early childhood by giving them a physical space to build community, make connections, bring children and babies under age 5 to play, and a thrift shop to both recycle and purchase items for babies and children up to age 12.
Note: The above descriptive information came from the organization's About page.
