Fiscal Sponsor Organization

MACSC serves the community in two ways:

1) As a not-for-profit umbrella for continuing community-based efforts, called SERVICE GROUPS, and

2) As a conduit for grant applications to new initiatives, called PASS-THROUGH GROUPS. (Initiatives that come into MACSC as Pass-Through Groups can apply for Service Group status once they are established).

How to Join

In order to be considered by the Board for membership in MACSC as either a Service Group or a Pass-Through Group, the initiative must:

· Have a charitable purpose within the terms of MACSC's bylaws

· Not duplicate the work of the current MACSC Service Groups
