Saving Lives By Changing Minds

Lynette Medley is no ordinary woman. She’s overcome experiences and situations that may have crippled others in their footsteps. She decided to fight every battle that came her way even when it seemed hopeless. Her strength comes from believing in her destiny to Create spaces and places for people to live in their authenticity and truth. She's determined to gives a voice to the voiceless by being that faint beacon of light for so many others that are also lost in darkness, trying to Believe in themselves again. Lynette purposely founded No More Secrets Mind Body Spirit Inc. in 2012 to provide a platform for her to engage in crucial conversations with persons of all ages allowing them the Freedom of Embracing their true selves and identities. It was then and still remains the only one of its kind in the nation. She continuously encourages others not to give up even when they think no one hears their cries for help or understands their pain. No More Secrets Mind Body Spirit Inc. is here for everyone. We decrease silence, stigmas and secrecy by increasing self love, self esteem and socialization.
