Safety at the touch of a button
Our entire mission – and reason for existence – is to help reduce assaults and empower women. That is why nothing is more important to us than developing a product that can truly make a difference. Athena in not just a product, it's part of a movement to ROAR for Good™. For each device sold, a portion of proceeds is invested in educational programs that have been shown to increase empathy and reduce violence.
Our "B Corporation" status emphasizes the triple bottom line of social responsibility, sustainability and profitability (people, planet, profit). These three principles form the foundation for all our business.
Ten percent of proceeds from our crowdfunding campaign will go towards raising awareness about the warning signs of abuse and helping end relationship violence.
