The Urban Resources Development Corporation (URDC) is a Philadelphia-based 501c(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to stabilize communities in Germantown, Mt. Airy, and northwest Philadelphia through home repair and rehabilitation.  The organization is managed by ten churches in northwest Philadelphia and uses no public funding for its efforts.

  • URDC’s Owner-Occupied Program helps these homeowners pay for exterior home repairs
  • URDC’s Housing Rehab Program focuses on abandoned properties in fairly stable neighborhoods
