We use a strategic combination of real estate development, community engagement, and people-centered direct services to ensure all of our neighbors can remain--and thrive--where they choose to live.

FINANTA and NKCDC are partnering to disperse hundreds of $10,500 down payment assistance loans to eligible Philadelphia homebuyers through Project Reinvest: Homeownership. The program provides qualified homebuyers a 0% interest, deferred loan not due until the loan recipient sells or remortgages the home, or the title is transferred.

New Kensington Community Development Corporation (NKCDC) provides free housing counseling--like help buying a home, or help paying rent, mortgage, or utilities—to anyone in Philadelphia.
