- Citizens Planning Institute brought 15 long-time neighborhood leaders together for a series of workshops called Neighbors Helping Neighbors in Fall 2015.
- We asked these leaders: what challenges are you facing in your neighborhoods, and what do you do to address them?
- Their answers became the content of the Citizens Toolkit.
