Dedicated To The Thriving Craft Beer Culture

Published by Beer Scene Publishing, Philly Beer Scene was originally founded by four beer loving enthusiasts, Scott Willey, Neil Harner, Mat Falco, and John Galster. Launch on June 9, 2009, what started out as a 36 page publication has grown to 68 pages and increased in distribution from 15,000 to 25,000 copies.
Circulated at craft beer destinations throughout a 30 mile radius of Center City, Philadelphia, Philly Beer Scene is a testament to all of the craft beer supporters in and around the City of Brotherly Love.

The area is filled with people that have played irreplaceable roles in bringing craft beer to the forefront of our local culture. From the originals like Carol and Ed Stoudt, Rosemarie Certo, and Tom Peters to the more recent pioneers like Brendan Hartranft and the brewery/brewpub owners who are redefining their neighborhoods. All are worthy of a tribute and essential to everything we love about craft beer in Philadelphia.
