Hi Stan. | |||
In the US Dept of Education grant, evaluation was 15%. This is not a government grant so I don't know what to suggest although $7500 seems reasonable for Temple.
On one hand, I would do it for free. On the other hand, some compensation would be nice. I would normally ask from $7500 to $15000 to develop a prototype.
The bulk of the money should be reserved for the person coordinating things for 6 month? $25,000?
NTR could get 15% overhead or $7500.
You could knock my share down to $7500 and give $2500 more to NTR/Stan for project supervision. That would add up to $50,000.
Just thoughts to get the discussion started. I'm not offended if you disagree.

Hi Stan.

Michele is naturally asking about what might be available for her share. So we need to build a list of goals and costs to attain those goals.
As I see it right now, we can include these items in the proposed budget:
1) A person to be network coordinator (part or full-time?)

4) Something for me/NTR
