-To see an example of a “mashup” to support implementation, visit Healthy People 2020. From their “Implementation” tab, if you select one of the phases of their MAP-IT model, you’ll see that Community Tool Box supports are included for those wanting more detailed “how-to” guidance. The Tool Box has supported mashups, or supports for taking action, with partners including the Institute of Medicine, CDC Community Health Improvement Navigator, County Health Rankings and Roadmaps, Unnatural Causes, Medical Reserve Corps, the World Health Organization Regional Office for Africa, and the Peace Corps.
