It is bounded on the north by a line running behind the houses on Chalfont Drive, on the east by Waldemire Drive, Red Lion Road, and Knights Road, on the south by Frankford Avenue (U.S. Route 13), on the southeast by Morrell Drive and a line running behind Thomas Mitchell Playground and Glenn Street, and on the northwest by Academy Road.
