East Falls is a Northwest Philadelphia neighborhood bounded on the northwest by Wissahickon Valley Park, on the northeast by Wissahickon Avenue, on the southeast by U.S. Route 1, and on the southwest by the Schuylkill River.

East Falls is adjoined on the northeast by Germantown and on the southeast by Allegheny West.
