Former Vocational High School Is Now A Multi-Use Arts, Craft & Enterprise Center
This building was originally built in 1936 as a vocational high school school and has existing workshop spaces, culinary training kitchens and classrooms. The idea is to repurpose the existing infrastructure and consider how it can be reused by future tenants. The vision is for the building to be converted into an affordable mixed-use space for businesses, non-profits, creatives, small-batch manufacturers and entrepreneurs. (From the FAQ)
