Harrowgate is a Northeast Philadelphia neighborhood. It is bounded on the north by East Sedgley Avenue, on the southeast by Frankford Avenue, East Butler Street, and railroad tracks that come from the Frankford Junction Yard, on the southwest by Allegheny Avenue, and on the west by H Street.
