Mission: To provide a safe haven to women and children who are survivors of domestic violence: to provide biblical counseling, and to educate young women and men in order to break the cycle of intimate partner violence.

Vision: To establish a network of safe-haven homes across the Delaware Valley that provide biblical counseling to female victims of domestic violence while teaching countless young men and women the importance of character as a form of prevention towards dating violence. Hazael Haven is raising funds to launch our pilot project, Safe Refuge. Safe Refuge will serve support women and children in Philadelphia experiencing intimate partner violence.
