Ludlow is a North Philadelphia neighborhood. It is bounded on the north by Cecil B. Moore Avenue, on the east by North 5th Street, on the south by West Girard Avenue, and on the west by North 10th Street.
Adjoining Neighborhoods
Ludlow is adjoined on the east by Olde Kensington, on the south by Poplar and on the west by Yorktown. All but a southeastern sliver is contained within North Philadelphia East.
