Mayfair is a Northeast Philadelphia neighborhood. It is bounded on the north by Pennypack Park, on the southeast by Roland Avenue, Cottman Avenue (Pennsylvania Route 73), and Frankford Avenue (U.S. Route 13), on the southwest by East Cheltenham Avenue, on the west by Bustleton Avenue, and on the northwest by Roosevelt Boulevard.

Mayfair is adjoined on the northeast by Winchester Park and Holmesburg, on the southeast by Tacony, on the south by Wissinoming, on the southwest by Frankford, and on the northwest by Oxford Circle/Castor and Rhawnhurst.
