Allegheny West is a North Philadelphia neighborhood. It is bounded on the northeast by railroad tracks, North 22nd Street, West Allegheny Avenue, North 19th Street, West Westmoreland Street, North 17th Street, and West Indiana Avenue. It is bounded on the east by North Broad Street, on the south by West Lehigh Avenue, on the west by the Schuylkill River, and on the northwest by Roosevelt Boulevard (U.S. Route 1).

Allegheny West overlaps Glenwood on the east.
