The Office of Business Services (OBS) in the Department of Commerce stands ready to help your business with a wide range of issues, from navigating permitting processes to identifying loan and grant programs for which you might qualify. When you contact OBS for the first time, a business liaison will be assigned to your company - a professional who knows your neighborhood and your industry. Your liaison will be your partner in City government. It is their job to make your job easier.
