Note: This Category was discontinued after 61 pages were added. Would you like to see it revived? The idea was to make you able, when you want, to narrow the focus of a search by filtering out subjects that are located or based outside Philadelphia city limits. Wikidelphia's staff editor would very much love to get permission to start adding this Category to many hundreds of pages more. If you'd like to see this Category expand, please do write a quick email!

Is-Not Local is being added to all pages about organizations, individuals, etc., that are located outside of Philadelphia city limits. If an entity's headquarters, for example, is outside the city's boundaries, then its page gets marked "Is-Not Local" for the purposes of this wiki. The aim of this category is to help Philadelphians who wish to maintain a local focus in their choices, in other words, "Support Your Local ____". Or, you just want to limit how far you have to travel.

Instructions: Just use our Multi-Category Search to specify whatever category(s) you do want in the results, and then put "Is-Not_Local" into one of the "Ignore" blanks (lower down the page) before you hit the gray "Search" button at the bottom.
