East Falls is a Northwest Philadelphia neighborhood bounded on the northwest by Wissahickon Valley Park, on the northeast by Wissahickon Avenue, on the southeast by U.S. Route 1, and on the southwest by the Schuylkill River.
Adjoining Neighborhoods
East Falls is adjoined on the northeast by Germantown, on the southeast by Allegheny West. On the southwest it is across the Schuylkill River from Wynnefield Heights. It is adjoined on the northwest by Wissahickon.
