Center City West is a Center City neighborhood bounded on the north by John F. Kennedy Boulevard and City Hall, on the east by City Hall and South Broad Street, on the south by Walnut Street, and on the west by the Schuylkill River. (Center City West includes City Hall.)

Center City West overlaps Logan Square on the north. It adjoins Center City East on the east. It overlaps Rittenhouse Square on the south. It is across the Schuylkill River from University City on the west.
